At Luneth Veil Candles, every order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Blythewood, South Carolina.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and package size. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after shipment):
- Domestic (US): 2–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (where available)
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address.
Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Blythewood, SC. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lunethveilcandles@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the shipping label. We’ll work with you to resolve it.
