Return and Refund Policy

At Luneth Veil Candles, every candle is hand-poured with intention in our Blythewood, South Carolina studio. Because these are personal-use items, we have the following return policy:

Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened candles within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Email us at lunethveilcandles@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange for a different scent when possible, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
